Pentart Dipping Paint is a water-based, extra-covering, self-leveling paint, that can be used to create a thicker layer by dipping or pouring onto objects.
After drying (6-8 hours) the surface will be completely smooth and free of brushstrokes, perfect to use as the base to imitate chrome plated effect using Pentart Rub-on pigments.
